Our facility contains a showroom that customers can view various size units to accommodate their storage needs. The showroom is located conveniently behind the main office.

 

Keypads are located at the main office and at every vault. 500 user codes can be programmed into each keypad. The burglar alarm system is monitored off-site by a third party; each keypad can be monitored separately upon request.

 

We offer the latest in video surveillance, whereby the cameras are wired back to a digital video recorder (DVR); all motion is recorded and stored digitally for a minimum of one month.

 

During office hours our occupants are welcome to use the conference room to review their files and hold meetings. The conference room is ideal for commercial businesses, but is available to all occupants.

The Facility is also monitored for fire protection, off-site, by a third party. The entire facility is equipped with a sprinkler system, and each vault is fire-rated.
 

All ingress points to the facility have digital keypads. All occupants are provided an access number to enter the facility 24 hours / 7 days per week. The keypad system enhances security for all occupants and their belongings by monitoring all those that enter the facility.

Displayed in the main office, these LCD monitors show all the activity in the facility.

Located in the rear of the building, the garage access to the building is under camera surveillance, is located at the facility’s elevator for access to upper floors, and is equipped with a digital keypad. The ramp to the garage is equipped with a snow melt system.

 

 

Located throughout the entire facility, these intercom stations allow users to communicate with the onsite manager during business hours. This intercom system plays music throughout the facility to make your moving experience more enjoyable.
